I can not believe it is already week three. This week has been a good one. I haven't had any mountain dew for two days it would be four, but I gave in Saturday night and 10:00pm because we were over at a friends house and the night before Ava was up most of the night.. I wanted some caffeine. At least it was a small glass right?
I have been working out almost daily and my body is feeling so much better. It also helps to have my own little mini me laughing at me and thinking mom is so silly for doing squats in the house.
I have noticed that it has been easier to turn sweets down and eat small portions. I am really excited for my weigh in tomorrow to see how well I have done.
This past week I have been thinking about being physically, mentally and spiritually fit.I think all three of these areas are so important and you can not have one without the other. They complete each other. I have also been pondering how each of these are achieved and have come to the conclusion that it is
different for every person. We each have our own definitions of what it means to be fit all around. Through this process, I want to work on all three of these areas and become the best person I can be. I know right now it is easy for me to say this and to start improving my life. I also recognize that once school starts again I will be faced with new obstacles for each of these areas. I am glad that I know this now and can start preparing myself.
