In my last post I said that I would do a weigh in. I did not get on the scale. One I don't have one which means I have to go to the gym to use it. While I did go to the gym once last week (all the other workouts were at home) I decided not to use it and here is why. I am trying to become fit and making changes. I am getting rid of bad habits and replacing them with good ones. My body is feeling much better and I feel more energetic. I have a weight loss goal and am excited to get there. I do not want to become obsessed with the scale and the numbers on it. So maybe in a few weeks I will check in on that, but for now it is not a priority.
I am also happy to report that I haven't had any soda for a little over a week. When I think I need one I drink some water and distract myself. This has been helpful and I haven't wanted any for the last couple of days, (Go Me).
This past week has been great. that being said it was also one of my hardest weeks so far. It was hard because it was a busy week and I needed to dedicate time to being healthy. I am looking forward for it to become easier and a natural habit.
