This week has been good. Here are the things I am working on....
1. Writing down everything I eat and drink
2.Eating smaller more balanced meals.
3. Getting Eight hours of sleep! ( this is making a huge difference)
-My body is starting to feel better and I am feeling more energized.
-I also won an assessment in an auction a friend of mine was doing. I should contact to the lady soon to have it done.
I am still having a hard time doing away with my caffeine addiction. I am reducing the amount I am consuming a day. I have gone form 32 oz. to 12oz. Which is better not great but better! I have also realized, I need to avoid maverick for a while. I have discovered whenever I go there for gas or whatever I usually grab the 32oz mtn dew.I will have to break that habit.
