- Finished my 30 day challenge on the Wii fit. By the end me and the game were fighting. I through it out of my house on the last day... (I actually gave it to my sister).
- I fell off the Wagon... After the first week of classes and one extremely draining day at Safe Harbor. I treated myself to a mtn dew and then continued to get one each day of the following week. I am pulling myself back up though.
- I have a workout buddy to go to the gym at quail cove. It works out great because our daughter are great friends. Okay we only went for the first time on Friday. but until she pops we plan on going more.
- I can defiantly feel the difference when I am eating good and exercising. My body just feels much better. I struggle with trying to manage my time with my family, school an internship and eating healthy. It is a lot to have on one plate. Speaking of which my next few weeks are going to be crazy. So you wont be hearing from me for a while.
- I look forward to what the next few much will bring and to see the changes I have made.
