I know I am a little late blogging this week. This past week was hard for a few reasons. One I seem to have done something to my right foot and it has been really hurting. I usually don't ware shoes when I work out at home. I have had to start doing that and even then my foot really hurts. Bryce has suggested I get some inserts for my shoes. I haven't decided if I will get them or go and see and podiatrist.
I have also felt a little slumpish. I know that's not a word. It's been hard to exercise daily and eat healthy. I think that the hard part is that it's hard to focus with Ava running around me. It is also hard trying to make meals that Bryce, Ava and I can all eat.
Those two things and a lack of motivation has made it difficult.I hope this week will be better. I think it might also be hard because we are going to be out of town a lot. But hopefully I can keep it up.
On a much happier note I bought myself some new workout clothes and got three personal training sessions at a local gym. I think I just needed a little pick me up.

ReplyDeleteIt hurts at heel of the foot. I think it feels like I have bruised it? it hurts almost anytime I am walking on it for a long time or if I am sitting down and then stand up. I have been doing running in place, jumping squats, lunges, high knees and butt kicks.. I think those are the ones I do the most... Now that I have written it out, It sounds "bad"
