This is the start of something new for me. In the last few years I have really packed on the pounds. I would like to blame it on having a child, genes and anything else you can think of. In reality it is me that is responsible and the choices I am making. My eating habits are poor and exercising is almost non existent. So here is my plan and I know I can't do it myself yet. Therefore I am blogging about it, in hopes of gaining support from my readers.
This is my family blog but I will also be using it as a aspiring to get fit journal.
I have three goals that I would like to achieve and be completed by may to move onto the next phase.
First: Develop a routine of exercising at the or close to the same time and days of the week.
Second: Limit and eliminate the consumption of soda I am drinking.
Three: pack healthy snacks when I am on the go in order to prevent eating at fast food places and stopping at gas stations.
My current weight is.... We are not talking about this yet.
My weight loss goal is about 100lbs over the next year
My current pants size it 18 and shirts is xxl
My overall goal is to become healthy and fit once again.

ReplyDeleteYou can do it!!! I know you can! The hard part is getting started, and then going on vacation.. DO IT EVEN ON VACATION!! or you will come back and not want to do it.. My advice, go to the gym.. I can never do it if I stay at home, I get to distracted and I don't push my self as hard. Good luck!! and I know you can do it!
